I don’t wear heavy makeup Milk is too gentle to completely break down foundation and the residue is what clogs you. If you’re acne prone with a weak barrier, skip foundation and do bb cream 2. I always double cleanse Unless I’m only wearing chemical spf, I’m double cleansing with a low pH cleanser. physical spf? double cleanse. light makeup? double cleanse. 3. I don’t overcleanse but don’t rush it either Rolling gently for 40 secs, emulsify, roll another 30.
