This isn’t like a “traditional” thing but if anyone goes to a pupuseria or place that makes them, ask them if you can get the pupusas doraditas, that nice crunch will make it feel much better! And if I’m not mistaken, the mondongo soup is made with the cow stomach but it’s nice!
