honestly I do use them in English - it's easy. but in my language (Polish) it's impossible (I suffer from that too because there is no actual they/them either it's either she or he) because everything and everyone has a gender, all verbs, things, adjectives have gender and and it's just not possible to go around that😭🖐️and like saying "just use english towards neopronoun users" sure but this way I CAN'T talk about these people in my language and it is restrictive because not everyone here knows english so in one way or another I will have to choose he or she
