Jim, respect for putting real numbers out there, most franchise owners would never front a question like that on camera. Even with the strong support Jim's gives its people, that 9% doing it tough and the satisfactory group who could be doing great, they're usually blokes who are excellent at the work but were never taught the business side, and that's not a franchise problem, it's a trade problem. It's exactly what I do. Business coach, 25 years in construction, over 13,000 houses built.
