Lmk which other salt and pepper recipes you want to see 😬 ➡️ Recipe: Salt and pepper pork chops Servings: 4 - [ ] 2lbs Pork chops, bone-in - [ ] 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine, mirin or dry sherry - [ ] 3 tbsp Oyster sauce - [ ] 1 small onion, large diced - [ ] 1 small red bell peppers, large diced - [ ] 1 cup corn starch - [ ] 1/4 tsp ground white pepper Seasoning— - [ ] 2 tbsp Sugar - [ ] 1 tbsp Salt - [ ] 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper - [ ] Cooking oil 1. In a small bowl, mixing other sugar, salt, and black pepper. Set aside. 2. Using kitchen shears, cut pork chops into four equal pieces up to the bone. Marinate in shaoxing cooking wine, oyster sauce, and ground white pepper. Marinate for at least 30 mins or up to 2 hours. 3. Coat marinated pork chops in corn starch and shake off excess. Deep fry pork chops in 350F oil for about 7 to 9 minutes or until golden and crispy. Strain and set aside. 4. In a large pan, heat a little bit of oil and stir fry onions, Bell, peppers, and jalapeños for about 2 mins or until aromatic. Add in fried pork chops and salt and pepper seasoning to taste.
