my ex friend’s partner was like this and she would bring him everywhere. He would jump to touch ceilings, cough loudly to get attention, brood in the corner, make rude comments, yell at inappropriate times, etc. I live next to a cemetery and a family was at a grave while we were having a bonfire and he started yelling and cussing. My boyfriend told him to cut it out and he pouted the rest of the night. He was 30+ years old. 🙄

From my experience…whoever o have hung out wit my friends and their boyfriends, the bf would tend to say something vaguely insulting and my friend would IMMEDIATELY jump in and be like “oh he didn’t mean it like that….what he is trying to say is…” and then there’s this awkwardness in the room that doesn’t leave until they physically do
