Cheesy Beef & Shells An easy comfort meal made in one skillet with seasoned ground beef, a creamy tomato sauce, and plenty of melty cheese. Ingredients 1 lb medium pasta shells 1 lb ground beef 1/2 diced onion  2 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp flour 1½ tsp italian seasoning  1½ tsp paprika 1½ tsp salt  1 tsp ground mustard ½ tsp black pepper 3/4 cup heavy cream  1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce 2 cups beef broth 8 oz freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping) Directions 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Season the beef with HALF of the Italian seasoning, paprika, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. 3. Add the minced garlic and flour to coat the beef. 4. Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth. Bring to a gentle boil and let simmer a few minutes until the sauce begins to thicken. 5. Stir in the remaining half of the Italian seasoning, paprika, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. 6. Stir in freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese and heavy cream. 7. Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet and toss until everything is well coated. 8.
