MSHSL requires doctor physicals where a doctor has to note the sex. If it’s a doctor who you’ve never met, they do have a physical or have to obtain records of childhood exams where these observations were already done. I get Al means ultrasound if there’s a question of sex due to malformations at very young ages. Most girls by the age of 15/16 have had pelvic exams too so it’s not likely the wording was meant beyond the norm of what occurs for girls already.

Who thinks part of the reason they're doing this is so parents pull their girls from sports and stop allowing participation? We know they want feminine girls who stay at home and watch babies so it's not a stretch to think they want to drive girls away from participating with invasive and gross requirements.
