@anneatsworld: A delicious Vietnamese snack spot that’s been trending lately, so of course we had to check it out! They were still busy at 9pm, which says a lot about how popular they are. And the food definitely lived up to the hype! We ordered the Beef Tendon with Thai Sauce (Gân bò xốt Thái), Rice Paper Roll (Bánh tráng cuộn), and Stir-Fried Corn (Bắp xào). Everything tasted incredibly authentic, just like what you could find in Vietnam. I was especially impressed by the Rice Paper Roll. It was so addictive, packed with papaya, beef jerky, quail eggs, pork skin, fresh herbs, and Vietnamese mayo, all wrapped in chewy rice paper. The tamarind dipping sauce was definitely the highlight, making this dish 10 times better. They also offer party trays, so I already know where I’m going for our next potluck! Overall, this is a fantastic spot, and I highly recommend checking it out if you’re craving authentic Vietnamese snacks like me!!!! #bayarea #bayareafoodies #thingstodoinbayarea
