because in his ult, he nukes and then does smaller numbers so it's hard to see, and your crit ratio isn't balanced, I suggest changing your 4-cost to crit damage instead of crit rate

Thats his thing he does not have nuke he has multiple instances of dmg in his burst and u can see it in his burst description and their multiplier

Your echo must be bad, why u got low crit dmg even with sign? U suppose able to achieve crit value 75/270+ try get all ur echoes double crit first

because that's how his liberation works...he does 5 instances of damage and not a single hit damage. also your stats are on the right track, just change your 4-cost into a crit dmg instead of a crit rate and keep farming for echoes until you reach a good amount of crit rate. I have my luuk at 54.1% crit rate but I have no problems with him not hitting crit especially if you use shorekeeper who gives crit rate to your characters. With lynae, make sure you use her tune-strain mode since luuk is a tune strain dps and not a tune rupture dps like aemeath

as a luuk s3 haver, i think it's bcs of ur crit dmg. I have my crit rate at 79 while using a crit dmg 4 cost so you dont need a crit rate 4 cost on him. Make sure you also get both crit rate and crit dmg in ur echo rolls (this is bare minimum unlike other dps)

well if im not mistaken, luuk is BA dmg dealer which is why his ult is multiple dmg just like cartethiya. his nuke dmg is in his third enhance skill when his forte is full

your cdm is too low, I use f2p luuk team (verina sanhua) and he nuke 300k my cr is 76, cdm:260ish
