hello! son of a piercer here with 7+ facial piercings. do not take that out. that will trap the infection underneath the skin because it's so deep, think of it like cat scratch fever. Get oral antibiotics

that doesn’t look infected it just looked like ur brow ATE the bottom of ur piercing and it looks like there’s a keloid scar or irritation or moisture bump at the bottom and if it is infected u might have those issues as well even still. u aren’t really supposed to touch it or move it around a lot either. was there a ball on the bottom and the skin went over or is there no ball and the piercing is closing up.
