@jthalassinos: Calling anyone who can please help me with my daughters sleep 😭 What do I need to do to fix this sleep issue 🤍 #toddlersleep #sleeptraining #sleepregression #mumadvice #sleepconsultant
The waking for hours in the night is an indication that her nap probably needs to be shorter. I’d try that first and see if it helps!

Make sure she’s not cold, layer her up, extra blankets etc. Jack comes into me when he’s cold 😅

Don’t have any advice for you because Salvatore does this! Comes into my bed every night now and he never used to! I will say tho when we did drop his name he would stop with the whole being awake for 3 hours during the night. Now when he comes in, he’s out straight away! It’s so hard

Hey lovely, Sophia’s sleep school on Insta saved us. I’m in Melb, and we did it all virtually and now our baby girl goes down 7pm-7am. Goes down on her own. Have a sus hun, all the best with it all xx

I hear you - you're a good mumma, she's not doing anything out of the ordinary. Gosh this brought back sleep deprived memories!! Happened with both our boys, one who is 10 now did it up until a couple of years ago when his brother moved out into his own room. I'd suggest cutting the day nap shorter and perhaps bedtime after 7pm?? It'll be hard for a little bit as she'll be overtired. She's pushing boundaries with the newfound freedom she has to get up come to you. I'm sure you do all the windown routine stuff especially no screentime as the light stimulates them, and as they get older they sometimes need a snack/milk so they have a full belly to sleep. We used low volume music/white noise and a night light as mine were nervous of the dark. If they came in we'd put them back to bed, sit with them in their room on another chair for 10 minutes only on the proviso that they go to sleep. Even when they came in we'd put them back and sit again for another 10 mins. Eventually we moved the chair closer to the door and then stood in the doorway only 5 mins, then after another week only 2mins etc. All the best of luck

Is there a reason you changed from cot to bed?
