There should never have been a plea agreement. Did the parents agree to the plea not realizing there was a chance of no prison time? I mean if they thought the plea would mean he had to do all the things he had to do they may have agreed to youthful agreement but not realizing no jail time. I think plea deals should be explained COMPLETELY. Every angle discussed and what happens at all angles. I will say if the DA agreed to the plea deal he/she is part of the problem.
