The SERV system is inherently like the danish system! You’re judging off your own standard of excellence and not necessary against the other tablescapes, which is why you often give multiple tables varying degrees of a SERV 🤗

Danish is the 4H system. So you’re not judged againt others just on a standard. So all can get blues (exhibiting excellence) or all can get whites (below standard) or they get a mix. It’s a way to ensure everyone gets a ribbon but still reward excellence.
