Ça fait à peu près 7 ans que je suis en dépression seulement 3 ans que je suis diag, depuis petite de l’anxiété généralisée de la phobie scolaire du perfectionnisme et ça m’a conduit à un gros burn out et un décrochage scolaire pendant un petit moment, maintenant je suis tout le temps vide, sédatée, très épuisée, j’aimerais faire des activités j’en ai l’envie mais je n’y arrive pas et justement je me mets trop de stress pour faire ce que je veux car je perçois ça comme de la compétence, et depuis 1 ou 2 ans je suis devenue hyper irritable avec mes proches ou avec quiconque qui puisse me parler, j’ai toujours besoin qu’on me répète plusieurs fois les mêmes choses pour être rassurée et j’ai des paroles trop obsessionnelles (c’est à dire que je répète plusieurs fois la même chose) et c’est pas du tout moi je me suis complètement perdue j’ai perdue la moi d’avant et maintenant il n’y a que de la tristesse et de la noirceur… et pareil j’ai des pensées qui s’arrêtent jamais et m’empêchent de dormir

it's not my story but my aunt story, so let me tell ya The rain poured heavily as the couple pushed through the storm, determined to make sure the girl arrived at her exam on time. They rode through the flooded roads until, suddenly, the motorcycle broke down. The boy tried everything he could, but there was nothing he could do, so he went home and told his parents what had happened. Instead of understanding, they scolded him harshly. Hearing everything, his girlfriend began to cry, believing that all of it was her fault. The boy gently reassured her, saying, “No, it’s not your fault. Why are you crying? You should be happy because you managed to take your exam on time. Don’t worry about the motorcycle. I’ll work and pay for it.” True to his word, the boy found a job and took on every physical sideline he could, working until his body could barely keep up. But one day, the girl’s parents discovered what he had been doing. They looked down on him and tried to separate them, threatening that if he refused to leave their daughter, they would send her abroad to continue her studies. With no other choice, the boy asked the girl to let him go. Before they separated, he promised her, “I’ll come back when I’ve made something of myself. I’ll prove to your parents that I’m worthy of you.” Four years passed. The girl was finally about to graduate, while the boy had worked hard and built a life for himself. He was finally on his way to fulfill the promise he had made years ago. But fate took everything away in a single moment. After finishing work one day, the boy was involved in an accident that ended his life. Tragically, the day he died was the exact same day as the girl’s graduation—the day he was supposed to return and prove himself. She stood among the graduates, waiting for the person who had promised he would come back, never knowing that he had already fulfilled his promise in the only way he could: by spending four years fighting to become someone he could be proud of, even if he never got the chance to show her.

It’s been seven years that I left my dad to go with my mom and I don’t even know why I did that , my brother left me and my mon two years ago everything don’t feel the same I miss my little brother , my dad , I miss my family . Two times I had to take a dinner with my friends family’s , I felt I was in the right place mourning a complete family , it was a magical moment
