@user1234: I’ve been going to the hospital for about a month because of symptoms that I’m worried might be serious. I have stabbing pain in the middle of my chest, a burning sensation, and pain in my left arm and shoulder. I’ve had several heart examinations done privately: an ECG, echocardiogram, 24-hour Holter monitor, and an exercise stress test. Everything was normal, according to my cardiologist, and she prescribed magnesium. But I’m still scared that I might have a heart attack. I’m 20 years old and female. Or maybe I think it could be a muscle strain or inflammation from the cold. What do you think?

I can’t even leave my house 🗣️. I can’t go into big places with a bunch of people, I get nervous when we’re in the car. I have an uncontrollable sweat when I do get in large places. Anxiety controls me and I’m too scared to even get help for it.
