Pmdd? Many women have found taking a H1 and H2 antihistamine when they feel like this during their luteal phase helps. It’s not clinically tested for periods but it also can’t hurt for you to try 🫶

I have audhd, depression, & anxiety & get something called PMDD (I cant remember what that stands for & im too tired to google im about to go to bed but) right before my period starts, the hormones that start it basically wall-slam my mood stabilisers & adhd meds so its like I am nearly completely unmedicated.
id talk to a GP or gyno if youre not on chemical birth control already, ive got the 3 year implant & it does lessen my symptoms quite a bit so I just have an off day rather than a "i literally cant do anything" day
