My dad got bitten by a horse, and when he pulled his arm out, his skin came off like a glove, and he literally just rolled it back up. And then when he had to go in for a separate shoulder surgery, his surgeon wouldn’t see him until he got his arm, looked at, and we found out it was broken in three places.

I once had a farmer that got ran over by his cows while trying to load them up, he finished the job then drove himself to the ER. He had extensive abdominal injuries. He still tried to sell me a cow 😂

Lady I know has a scar over her whole belly. She had a chainsaw buck back and gut her. she held her insides in for a 3 acre walk to the house then a half hour ride to the ER.

I had a 92 year old who got ran over by a combine. He had bilateral hemothorax. We put in chest tubes and he felt better and really tried to sign out and go home with his chest tubes. He had more mowing to do.

My step dad (farmer) cut his thigh open with a chainsaw. Duct taped a diaper over the wound, finished cutting down trees then drove himself to the E.R. My mom was not happy.
