If you can still feel grit, keep blending — that’s the only thing that gives away the chickpeas. Add the chocolate Fold in ½ cup dark chocolate chips by hand, not in the blender. Bake Spread into a parchment-lined dish. 350°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes. Pull them when the center still looks slightly underdone — that’s what keeps them fudgy.
