it's the higher order block , seeing price movement we can identify and equal high where some retail traders have put there stop losses , so market moves to hunt those stop losses in order to gather some funds and goes to where there are lot of sell orders to which I would say is the highest order block before it reverses to continue it's main trend , thank you
