@hamzeh.majiet: 🚀 GETTING INTO RETAIL – PART 1: BE INNOVATIVE If you’re trying to get into retail, stop asking: “What product are retailers looking for?” That’s the wrong question. Buyers aren’t looking for a specific product. They’re looking for something different. Because their job isn’t to fill shelves — it’s to grow the category. They need products that sell, bring in new customers, and actually add something that isn’t already there. So if your product looks like everything else on shelf… why would they take the risk on you? This is where most people get it wrong. Innovation doesn’t mean complicated. It just means clear differentiation. That could be: – A better formula or ingredient – A strong, clear benefit – Pricing that makes sense – Packaging that stands out – A new angle or target market At the end of the day, the buyer is thinking: “Why should I list this over what I already have?” If you can’t answer that properly, you’re not ready for retail. If you can — you’re already ahead of most brands trying to get in.
