Before waking up - ate so much meat, cheese, pasta. After waking up - vegetarian, other than salmon I enjoy. I’ve found ancient grains with veggies is a good way to keep up energy and stay healthy through this! ☺️💜

I cant eat no Appetit and i am Tired but i cant sleep i have backpain its very extrem hot on my body in the last couple days and this is not by my Friends only 1-2 but only me speaks about and i dobt Understand why the Other people dont have it or speak about but for me its very Hard i'm feel you Speak from my Soul thx for all this Information Allah Bless you 🫡💚🤲
