I highly suggest you to try lihapiirakka/lihis (meat pie), the ultimate Finnish street food. Do NOT buy them from the Market Square in Helsinki, the ONLY correct option is to buy them from "grill kiosks" that usually operate late evening/night time. Lihapiirakka is made of doughnut style of dough (but not sweet) and it's filled already with minced meat and rice but the thing is they fill it with various other things: tomato ketchup, mustard, pickled cucumber, onion, egg, tomatoes, ham, hot dogs, mayo, cheese, garlic, lettuce etc, you name it, the combinations are endless. I've seen videos of foreign visitors going to the Market Square and eating lihis just plain (as they sell it over there), that's most boring and won't do the trick. Needs to be the proper filled one. You must try it, it can't get more Finnish than that. You won't be disappointed, I promise.
