There has to be more to this story. Propane tanks are extremely common and a story like this seems rare. So what actually happened. Millions of people have propane grills in their backyard and they don’t randomly blow up. What were the circumstances? Hood closed with gas on full, then it was ignited. If so, that is operator error rather than a tank malfunction? IMO, that distinction matters.
