I didn’t always hate retail. It was great until it wasn’t. I went to an independent compounder. It was crazy toxic. I found a golden retail job where I know all my patients and can build meaningful relationships. I love it!!! I did sterile compounding where I was isolated, expected to always work overtime, spent hours needing to pee while the sterile pharmacist bombarded me with endless batches of drugs to filter and bag. I am REAL happy with my retail situation. There is something for everyone. We have a lot of options if you’re a CphT!!!
