@rollinjoint: Asian bakeries are opening up left and right. One of the thing is that most of them sell pretty much similar pastries. But I found Rise & Fold was selling something unique. The baker started washing dishes at 17, got lucky (that is what he said, but I think he is just super talented), and ended up in a Michelin kitchen. Now there is a huge kitchen in the back where everything is made in house, from focaccia to salt bread. And the kimchi in the kimchi focaccia comes from a 62 year old Korean woman who has been making kimchi for 40 years.
