Honey Balsamic (2 Ib chicken) ¼ c balsamic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper. Homemade Pesto (2 Ib chicken) 2-3 heaping spoonfuls homemade pesto + 1-2 tbsp olive oil. (Can also use premade) Honey Harissa (2 Ib chicken) 2 tbsp harissa, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp avocado oil, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tsp each chili powder, paprika, onion powder & cumin, 1½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper. Mix each marinade with ~ 2 Ib chicken, freeze flat for up to 3 months, then thaw overnight in the fridge.
