pretty sure in this game he took the anti age drug and it interfered with the gamma from his powers so he basically become the worst villain ever with his whole principles and morale changed from what we know

It's complicated but i try to explain it. So, a Corrupt Scientist named Walker Sloan build in 2099 a timemachine and jump back in time to the 1970s. He then founded Alchemax way early, about 100 years. Which altered the timeline of Peter. Everything was controlled by Alchemax and Peter wanted to stop them. That's where the beginning of the game comes in where Anti Venom kills Peter. Miguel who watched this happen through the Portal wants to stop it and travels back in time. He saves Peter right before Anti Venom kills him and pulls him into his Timeline where he leaves Peter in a healing pod and back in time again to fight the Evil. However here comes the difference. The Miguel we play as manages to fight off Anti Venom, remove his chip and survive the Traps. The Miguel of the CEO Peter did not. He died against Anto Venom or the traps and couldn't come back which left Peter stranded in the 2099 timeline. Floded with Grief because of all his lost one's died, he became the corrupt CEO of Alchemax. It's a mess and complicated but i hope i could explain it 😅
