As a patient I would not want a nurse to work that many hours straight. People’s lives depend on the nurses and they need to be able to mentally alert and not physically and mentally exhausted.

somebody to have family membership work in the medical field they get treated like absolute shit no pay overworked they get no rest don't really eat all because hospitals want them to work more than what they are physically and mentally capable of working

they tried to make her do 24hrs in the intensive care unit, the unit that gets worst case scenario patients, where anything medical can go wrong. and it can happen in more than one room at once, hell no.
