este deporte es viejisimo, hay mucha técnica en el lanzamiento de disco, muchas jugadas y tienes que correr mucho, tienen que anotar en zona de gol como el americano 🏈, si tienes el frisbee no puedes correr tienes que buscar alguien que se desmarque para mandar pase. hay muchos tiros con efecto.
