fun, but a couple of the original ones are wrong. Schrödinger's cat is not about "knowing" but about having two states at the same time, and Occam's razor is not about "simplicity" but about not multiplying entities beyond necessity

Occam’s razor is not that the simplest explanation is probably the correct one, it’s that when considering equally adequate explanations, the simplest one (typically the one that makes the least assumptions) is most likely correct. You can’t just explain something super simply, the explanation has to be a good one and equally as good as a more complicated one.

This could make a good writing exercise. Allow for one single choice from all 4 and pair with a random trope and set of words to come up with a short story that resolves these.
