@badruttspalace: It all began with a bet, a bold promise that would transform St. Moritz and redefine winter tourism. On 29 July 1896, the Palace Hotel officially opened its doors, marking the beginning of 130 years of visionary hospitality and unforgettable stories. The Palace has continued to evolve throughout the decades. Chesa Veglia was acquired in 1935 and transformed into a rustic dining destination. In 2024, the new outdoor pool opened, extending the Palace experience into the surrounding Alpine landscape. This evolution continued in 2025 with the opening of the new Serlas Wing, designed by renowned Italian architect Antonio Citterio. What began as a simple wager became a global legacy. 130 years of history. And the legend continues.
