I'm pretty sure the buyer is the scammer, why would she walk out after saying she "paid" for it? she's look pretty mad asking why does she need to pay a second time but the cashier tested it and it works on her except the buyer, but it's still pretty suspicious to walk out after saying you "paid" for it and complaining why she needs to double pay.

What happened in the video was actually a clever e-wallet payment scam. The customer presented a 'pending transaction' screen on her mobile phone, which makes it look like the payment was already deducted from her account. However, in reality, the payment process was never fully completed or confirmed on the store's system.
When the cashier tried to verify the transaction by scanning the QR code on the customer's phone using her own device, she accidentally processed a brand-new transaction. This meant the cashier unwittingly paid 80 yuan out of her own pocket for the items, while the customer’s original attempt was automatically cancelled or left unbilled.
The customer then exploited this situation by claiming she had already paid, refusing to reimburse the cashier, and walking away. It’s a common scam tactic where perpetrators take advantage of cashier confusion and transaction delay features in payment apps to trick store clerks into taking the financial loss.

it happened to me as a customer, but then I paid with cash, so I charged in my account and also paid cash (double pay), the cashier said it probably the bank, 1x24hours the money will be back to my account, or I can call the bank, then I trusted the cashier n went home, minutes later after I got home, the money back to my bank account. probably the customer in the video got the same error or yeah she's just scamming the cashier.

fake payment method. The woman can give the money to her well known people and will show their phone for proof but if you look closely the information can be there. my aunt got scammed because of this about 20$
