Genuine question, how have you managed to purchase this as your own? I didn’t think legally you could own a property unless your from Bali but you can only hold a rental lease only for x amount of years only. So are you lease holding this and how did you actually get freehold? Genuinely curious as I’ve been looking but unless I’m married to a local it wasn’t an option for me
