@tom.smallwood: FIGJAM My biggest hurdle lately is that I don’t try difficult things often enough. Usually if I think I “can’t” do something, I won’t try or I’ll put it off. This was neither a total success or failure, I think the pastry was pretty great and the praline was good! In hindsight I wish it was a chocolate tart with a set ganache.
