Blend the hibiscus, jasmine, and rose buds until finely ground. 2. Combine with the sugar and cinnamon. 3. Add the coconut oil, almond oil, argan oil, and enough shower gel to form a rich scrub consistency. 4. Mix well and transfer to a clean jar.
