The Democratic judge is gonna put the police officer in jail and let the criminal go. The Democratic judge will say the officer was committing a misdemeanor by hanging on the car without permission of the criminal.

During my time as an officer our department fired two officers for climbing on the hood ans 3 officers for crossing the door/window plane with the car running. None if them resulted in fleeing cars, but the sheriff had zero tolerance for an officer endangering themselves unnecessarily and would never allow an officer to intentionally place themselves in a position of danger to justify shooting someone.
