pammy :
My case study started with my TSH being low, tested TPO and it was 4,400. Normal range on that test was <30. Im now at 231 on TPO. Loved Armour, but bc of FDA, now taking NP thyroid. Doing great on NP. Got diagnosed with adrenal failure later and on hydrocortisone 10 mg morning/ 5 mg afternoon. Try to stay dairy, soy and gluten free. I take several supplements. I feel like the ones that have helped me the most are NAD, LDN, CQ10, B12 injections, selenium, vitamin C for preventing UTI’s and staying away from sugar. I get my ferritin, TIBC tested along with thyroid panels. I do not recommend Levothyroxine. High weight gain and I would try to go as natural as possible, thus the NP or Armour if you can afford it. My insurance just stopped covering Armour. I was a big Zumba exerciser, now do lie impact walking, or bike, not high cardio due to my adrenal issues. It’s a juggle and some days are good, some are bad. Do alot of research. I have a great endocrinologist, and he is open to a lot but I’ve done a lot on my own to learn what is best for me.
