The cop had no choice but to use his gun on her because in the video it’s obvious the taser didn’t work and she stole his radio and baton. A metal baton can be used to seriously injure someone if not kill since it’s made out of metal, she had no intent of stopping which means the cop had no choice but to shot her for his own safety

Даже если у нее была дубинка вместо условного ножа она все равно была вооружена, зачем нападать на полицейского зная последствия, да коп сделал ужасное но его действия можно оправдать он испугался, а девушка напала на него, учитывая законы штата он получит наказание но по тем же законам можно оправдать его
