The dog groomer came to cut my drama king dachshund's nails. You have to full blown hold him down while she does it and he is very strong. Whilst that is happening, all I hear my 3yo from the living room is "MUMMY I'M FINISHED". I lock eyes with the dog groomer. "Finished what darling?" "My pooooooo". Longest 5 minutes of my life, dog flailing trying to escape, nails flying into my face whilst the groomer goes at top speed and I'm screaming in my most calming voice "Stau on the potty darling, please don't sit down, do not sit down anywhere, yes Mummy is very proud, please God do not sit on the sofa".

Tbf my daughter is 22 and I still got interrupted more than once. Wedding guest dress. Underwear under the dress. Shoes. Which top for the train. What shall we have for lunch…oh and the dog kept barking too 😁
