I was never a night owl, but did start intentionally going to bed by 8:30pm with my tradie partner early on. I don’t think I ever tried to get up when he did, but it was never that long after haha. Since kids I definitely don’t try and wake up when he does

As someone who really sucks at taking bad tasting liquids I recommend holding you nose while you take it, keep holding until you have drunk the chaser and then release. That is the only way I can get stuff down
