every villian have their own reasons, Loki - Feeling lost and betrayed because Odin hid the truth to him about his true nature. Ultron - Program to made earth a peaceful paradise but the human nature are always in the way because of greed and selfishness so Ultron decided to eliminate all human to achieve true peace. Thanos - Saw his home world get destroyed because of limited resources, so he sought to bring balance to every world that have living beings in it, he did it out of mercy and it's the only thing that works well for everyone. we know Thanos genocides was purely random so he doesn't hold grudge against them, and notice how he didn't kill all the avengers just those who can really hold up against him are who he deemed to be worthy to die with the hand of The Mad Titan himself.

this is such a horrible thing to say like genuinely, humans arent inherently evil. ultron's belief system was created as a twisted version of tony stark's savior complex (where he thought humanity couldnt save itself), thats kind of the plot of the movie. he was NOT correct to kill thousands of people and try to kill billions?? because the people in power push war??
