This Air Fryer Chicken Wrap finished with a homemade creamy yoghurt mayo made with FAGE Total is about to become your midday go-to. 🍅✨ Save this one. 🔖 Recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 1 flatbread - 1 tablespoon pesto - 2 tablespoons homemade mayonaise (recipe below) - 30g light mozzarella - 100g chicken breast - Cherry tomatoes - Oregano FAGE TOTAL MAYONNAISE - 3 hard-boiled eggs - 1 tablespoon FAGE Total - Juice of 1 lemon - 1 tablespoon mustard - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce - Salt - Pepper - Water DIRECTIONS - First, prepare the protein mayonnaise; hard-boil three eggs. Place the eggs in cold water and bring to a boil; boil for 9 minutes, then place them in ice water. - After 5 minutes, peel the eggs. - Combine all the ingredients and emulsify, adding water until you get the consistency you prefer. - Assemble your flatbread!
