Oh shit I get it, for those who don’t understand I think it’s the Steve from the past that Steve met when he went into the past the first time to get the teseract in NY the one he had to fight, and since they defeated thanos Steve never had to go back to the past so that Steve never went back and time travel was never truly invented if that makes any sense

The reality is that they tried to be unique about time travel, and in doing so, made major plot holes. Him returning to the past and choosing to stay, shouldn’t result in him appearing in the same future he came from according to their own logic. So either they fucked up explaining it, or they fucked up executing it. Either way they fucked up.

Only reason for me to believe that this isn’t captain hydra is because he’s still worthy. Mjolnir knows caps worthy because of his pure heart but if he was captain hydra his heart wouldn’t be pure anymore

Remember when hulk said: "so, chronically, the stone had never left this universe", he was WRONG. Thats because in that scene where this audio plays, he's basically saying: "if you travel to the past, you wont change it, you will create a new one and you will NEVER be able to get back to the time you came from" (because once you travel back in time, youre not coming back, youre just creating a NEW ONE). So when they get the stones, bla bla bla, and tried to return them, they actually never did this, cuz they were just creating another time lines. Now imagine this: Theres 6 universes without one of the stones, and theres another 6 universes with an extra stone. Thats whats causing this chaos! (or im just fucking high)
