For the record this is the infinitely more common design of coupling. I've never actually seen a chain coupling used, and those rubber ones are only viable for extremely high displacement and extremely low torque, which is rare.

Good idea but no, it’s a breakaway so you don’t destroy the motor if then receiver seizes up.

it is not good for me since you are using an spherical roller brg has a max rpm of 1000 when using a grease and since yiu that as a direct couple ang you are using an induction motor of 1740 o 1160 rpm it gives you an over rpm
