at his core he is gentle, he is kind and he is full of so much empathy it hurts. i just cannot get behind these adaptations where he's actively putting people in dangerous situations, letting deaths slide, being overly violent and without empathy because that's not him. That's never been him. His WHOLE crusade is ensuring nobody goes through what he did. Oh he means so much to me.

No because it IS that deep! Justice TRUE justice will always come from compassion and empathy but whenever people write out those VERY CORE AND IMPORTANT parts of who Batman is as a symbol and as a person 20 stars explode all at once.

People can hate Bruce because of his golden rule. People can hate Bruce because he refuses to resort to the same actions his enemies would for his people. He can be hated because he’s overrated. Bruce is very easily hate-able if people want him to be. They misunderstand him at times and he is truly and empathetic and great person.
