The NPA provisionally withdrew the charges against him, which means he was not acquitted, but he also hasn't been charged again as things currently stand. If you're claiming Booi is "back in court" as an accused, then please provide the court roll or the NPA announcement confirming that the charges against him have been reinstated. We should all deal in facts, not headlines or political narratives. If the NPA recharges him, then say so. Until then, let's be accurate about the legal position.
