as an autistic because I see people throwing that out as a reason why he did that he 100% did get fired for the circle thing but it's not because he asked about it is because he lacked the forefault of choosing when to ask he could have waited until after the meeting pulled his boss aside and asked the question privately instead he asked it publicly and then insisted on which shows that he Lacks the ability to read the room which is sometimes I know I know this is surprising but important when you work in places like that
