They actually don’t care about succeeding. They just care about looking like they’re being busy. That’s the reason why smart people aren’t getting hired. It has nothing to do with answering questions poorly it has to do with the fact that we could see the companies are more interested in appearing to be busy and making progress than to actually be making progress. Intelligent people cut through the bullshit and all that a company is is full of bullshit.
