@thewellnessway_raleigh: Men, your support matters more than you think. Here’s a VERY generalized guide to supporting your partner through a typical 28-day cycle: • Week 1 (Menstrual): Give her space to rest, help lighten her workload, and encourage nourishing foods and hydration. • Week 2 (Follicular): Energy often increases—plan adventures, workouts, or date nights together. • Week 3 (Ovulation/Luteal): She may feel more confident and social. Be present, communicate well, and enjoy quality time together. • Week 4 (Luteal): Patience goes a long way. Stress, cravings, and mood changes may be more noticeable, so extra grace and support can make a big difference. Keep in mind this is a generalization and the cycles blend more than this —every woman is different, and many don’t experience a textbook 28-day cycle. If her cycle is irregular, symptoms are severe, or something feels “off,” it may be worth looking deeper. In our office, we often use functional testing like the DUTCH Test, comprehensive stool testing, food sensitivity testing, and other labs to help identify factors that may be influencing hormone balance so care can be personalized. Tag a man who needs to see this. 💚 #hormones #hormonehealth #women #wellness #fyp
